The Luxembourg team, composed of Thomas Murer, Victor Thill (Bei den Zwillingen Belenhaff), Lucas Andrieux (Archibald De Prince – Table & Chambres) and Lio Semedo (Owstellgleis), won the competition in Shanghai with their three-course menu, which they prepared during numerous training sessions at Bouneweger Lycée. The task was to prepare and serve a three-course menu in strict accordance with the competition rules. A big thank you to the restaurant owners for their support of their candidates.
